About Me:
Hi! I'm
Aniket Pramanik, a Research Fellow at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Center focusing on MRI‑guided radiotherapy, computational MRI and AI/ML. I build fast, robust reconstruction methods and learning‑based systems for treatment guidance. Prior to that, I was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory where I worked on reconstruction methods for high-resolution CT imaging of additively manufactured parts.
I obtained my PhD from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Iowa working under the supervision of Prof.
Mathews Jacob.

Hobbies:
I believe recreational activities supplement creative thinking and productivity. Such reasons have
inspired me to explore running and singing as hobbies. I occasionally sing and archive videos of those
on my
youtube channel.
Running energizes my mind and body for the long haul and it also helps me stay fit.
As a matter of fact, I have finished a
25Km (16 miles)
trail run and a
half marathon at the Knoxville Marathon 2024
